**What You’ll Do**

An example of some day-to-day duties in your new job would be:

- Conducting Telephone, Video or Face to Face interviews for applicants to join Stephens Bakery
- Supporting internal line managers to organise and coordinate interviews
- Undertaking pre-employment screening process
- Handling recruitment documentation such as decline/offer letters, contracts, and UK Right to Work documents
- Organising Work Trials
- Arranging and conducting new staff inductions
- Administering company training software and guiding new hires through initial training modules
- Conducting regular check-in calls with new staff, ensuring smooth integration and addressing any queries or concerns
- Record keeping
- Undertaking HR administrative tasks, such as tracking recruitment metrics, processing absences and lateness, and maintaining HR correspondence
- General HR administration as required

**What You’ll Need**
- Previous experience in either a recruitment or HR role is essential
- Strong administration experience
- Previous retail or bakery experience is advantageous
- Strong IT skills with experience using both Microsoft and Google suites
- Self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be a people-person with the ability to build strong relationships across different departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst working to tight deadlines
- Fantastic attention to detail

This is a permanent position and is suitable for someone looking for part time hours but able to work 5 days a week. i.e. 9.30am - 2.30pm, however this is negotiable and flexible.
