**Role Overview**

To provide effective and efficient admin support within the Telecommunications industry.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**What you'll do**

The following reflects the main tasks associated with your position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive:

- Update and complete Work Build Packs around planned works and liaise work to the works co-ordinator lead.
- Attend any training and meetings on request.
- Update, Maintain & ensure storage of Work Build Packs are placed into one central location and accessible view for the wider team.
- Follow up on Utility Stats (maps) queries and ensure correct provisions of maps are provided to the site build teams.
- Communicate with team of status of Work Build packs and in order to complete tasks for projects in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Work Co-Ordinator Lead, Build Manager, pre-site survey, design teams and streetworks team on a regular basis to ensure Work Build packs are prepared and ready to go with validation checks carried out.
- Learn and maintain the use of systems used by the company or organisation.
- Be Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software packages
- Escalate any issues to the Works Co-Ordinator Lead in a timely manner, to avoid delays and missed opportunities.
- Communicate any insight on Areas needing improvement, work to the process and raise any changes you believe that may be required to better the WBP Process.
- Keep up to date with the latest legal guidance surrounding HAUC, NIRAUC, Street Works Manager and maintain good records.
- Have the ability to work independently, and with your team whilst prioritising your workload and activities to achieve given deadlines.
- Ensure all permits are raised and closed against programme times, along with completion of all R1s (warranties).
- Update permit tracker daily
- Report to Works Co-Ordinator lead on Fixed Penalty Notices.
- Check Reinstatements are done and on time.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as required

**What you'll bring**:
Ideally you will come from a Telecoms/Utilities/Cvils background, you’ll be excellent with Excel and work well under mínimal supervision within a team.

**Essential**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in administration and able to demonstrate the ability to work in a professional environment with high expectations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to successfully implement, maintain and ensure compliance of Health & Safety legislation
- Full valid driving licence
- A team player and can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy
