Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end application process for work permits, visas, and other related documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely and efficient processing of applications.
  • Monitor application timelines and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support business operations and ensure a smooth workflow by working closely with the HR Manager and Global Mobility team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a compliance-related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
