Purpose: We are looking for a competent HR & Admin officer to support the HR Business Partner in the day-to-day activities of the Human Resource department.

This is an ideal opportunity for an entry level HR Professional and your day to day duties will include; managing all aspects of HR Administration, including, maintain our HRIS, ensuring staff records are up to date, supporting the team in dealing with general HR Queries, participating in the administration of recruitment processes to include shortlisting and interview and any other duties associated with recruitment and selection.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 1 year experience in an HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of Employment Legislation
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to positively influence others and work as part of a team.

**Desirable Requirement**:
BSC in Human Resources Management or relevant field
