Ashton Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused HR Compliance Administrator to join our client based in Toomebridge. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, and previous experience in a compliance-like role is preferred.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the visa application process, ensuring all visa and immigration documentation is accurate and compliant with local laws and regulations. They will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries, maintain and update records, and assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The individual must be highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

We estimate the salary for this role to be £28,000-£30,000 per annum (open to negotiation), based on the job requirements and location. The position is permanent, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday. We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities include:
