At Hunter Savage, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to make a real impact in ensuring the highest quality products and processes throughout the business.

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for regulating, controlling, and improving the quality of product and processes. They will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance to specifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the Document Control process
  • Lead Product Quality testing to drive continuous improvement
  • Collect and analyze data for trending information and presentation to management
  • Manage non-conformances from problem identification to resolution using various quality tools
  • Support the implementation of the 6S program and other Lean initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and procedures
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
