- We've got an **exciting opportunity** for a motivated and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team.
- Working in the heart of the Lake District in our Keswick store you must have a mild coffee addiction and excellent banter. The role is full-time, between 30-40 hours including weekends & holidays.
- **More about the role**:

- You'll be a kick-ass barista who can make great coffee and milkshakes in a busy customer facing environment.
- We're looking for a great team player who is confident to work independently when required.
- You'll be a motivated, driven and customer focused leader that is proactive in contributing to our growing brand as an ambassador for Bruce and Luke’s with room for growth and extra responsibilities as we expand the business.
- You'll maintain a positive, fun, and professional attitude, making every experience enjoyable for our customers.
- **Duties will involve**:

- Donut decorating and food preparation
- Day to day running of the store
- Making the customer feel good with fun vibes and high energy
- Making delicious coffee and milkshakes
- Stock rotation
- Placing orders
- Creating a welcoming store atmosphere
- Must have excellent taste in curating store playlists
- Be a team player - we’re all about personality
- Barista experience preferred but not essential* we’ll provide the training.
- Can work well independently and in a team
- Enjoys making someone’s day
