As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd (O&CC), you will work alongside esteemed brands to provide outstanding customer service and a wide selection of products, all while supporting sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Provide specialized services such as boot fittings and gait analysis.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Enhance your leadership capabilities and operational expertise through ongoing training.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Lead the team during the absence of senior management.
- Mentor colleagues to improve performance and customer engagement.
- Support administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
