**Position**:Project Co-ordinator

**Reporting Manager**:Data Centre Divisional Manager - EMEA**

**Role & Responsibilities**:
A strong blend of effective Interpersonal, Communication and Project Management skills is required to perform this role. You will the assist Project manager and work closely with the Project teams, vendors, sub-contractors, procurement, CAD and Estimation departments for quotations, CAD drawings, resources, equipment’s, meetings, and information. You will organise and manage all administrative and project coordination tasks for our Projects team with the goal of getting them completed on time and within the allocated budget.

**Expectations and Tasks**:

- Work closely with Avtel Project Managers to prepare, maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, resources, timeframes, budgets and expenditures.

Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

Break projects into doable actions, set timeframes and makes necessary adjustments when problems arise.

Assign various tasks to internal team relate to the completion of a specific project.

Close coordination with the procurement team to buy material for the projects. Look for ways to cut back on project expenses and increase the potential for profits.

Create Sales Orders, issue Purchase Orders, fulfill goods and managing inventory in Netsuite.

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

**Skills, Culture and Experience**:
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.

Strong client-facing, inter-personal and teamwork skills.

Good knowledge of MS office especially Excel and Powerpoint.

Strong team member, collaborator and self-starter.

Energetic, enthusiastic and accepts challenge.

Perseverance and persuasive.

Acts with integrity.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Certification in Project Management

Relevant Work Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
