**Job Purpose**:
Working closely with our Design Manager and Sales Team, the Associate Project Coordinator’s key responsibilities will typically involve developing, planning, and maintaining projects, and communicating the project’s progress across stakeholders (internal and external).

The Associate Project Co-Ordinator has an important role to play in supporting the design function of our business by:

- Design quotations and Tenders
- Seeking approvals and ordering large scale equipment
- Keeping projects on track
- Communicating with internal and external teams to make sure project are completed accurately and timely
- Creating and developing designs with AutoCAD

**Work Examples**:
(day to day activities)
- Taking responsibilities of projects and developing processes to improve
- Creating and developing installation booklets.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assisting with Tenders and CAD Drawings
- Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives.
- Handling client queries.

**Person Specification**:

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office including Excel
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- The ability to listen to clients
- A flair for time management and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to think creatively and quickly.
- AutoCAD knowledge

**Hours**:
37.5 hours per week (08.30-17.00); one hours unpaid lunch

(Hybrid/Flexible working - available upon probation sign off)
