**Part Time Administrator - 20 hours per week - 4 hours per day**

**Salary £11,440 per annum**

This role focuses on supporting and coordinating all activities delivering a high standard of customer care. This role requires the ability to be able to multi-task, making sure all activities, processing and turn-around times are met, whilst delivering first rate customer service.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- All certification processing
- Processing and distribution of forms and documents
- Maintenance of data quality and integrity on company systems.
- Report any ‘suspicious’ activities and/or potential malpractice/maladministration to the appropriate External Quality Manager
- To provide administrative support to all teams across the department as requested including support for careers related activity
- Contribute to team meetings and encourage others to do the same.
- New member registration and data validation.
- New member welcome engagement.
- Member retention activities

**Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge**
- Demonstrable level of performing a high standard of customer service
- Excellent attention to detail with data and copy, proof reading skills
- Good organisational, written and verbal skills
- A good knowledge of office practices, administration, customer service skills and techniques
- Able to establish and maintain good working relationships
- T. literate (MS Office and social media tools)
- Able to use a variety of software including word processing, databases, spreadsheets
