**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and direction to staff members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Manage and oversee all aspects of operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as board members, community partners, and donors
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive organizational growth and success

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving organizational goals
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
