**The role**:

- People Business Partner:_
- An exciting opportunity to join the People team as a strategic business partner playing a key part in delivering our people strategy across the airline_

**What you’ll do**:
This role works closely with senior business leaders, providing guidance, counsel, and challenge to enhance organisational performance, delivering local people plans and solutions to achieve business objectives.

**What you’ll bring to British Airways**:

- Insights driven
- Digitally savvy
- Courageous and influential
- Commercially astute
- Ability to think strategically and external curiosity
- Flexibility

**Your experience**:

- Working in a complex and matrixed business
- People practice (gained in either a people management or HR based role)
- Project/ change management
- CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential)
