The Business Partner will be the key contact for the Operation & Sales head to liaise with for all finance related matters. Be the finance voice of the region while maintaining high reporting standards. Work closely with department heads to drive financial profitability across the company.

**Main Roles and Accountabilities**

**Management Accounting**
- Create monthly accounts to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts. For 2 entities.
- Prepare management report pack for the UK and Group senior management team.
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Produce flash sales, cash management and working capital reports.
- Provide accurate, timely and relevant information to support business information needs as required.
- Understanding and influencing areas of margin reporting for improvement. Understand variances together with explanations and solutions to those variances where applicable.

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as well as focus on the detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ability to work with non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced changing environment
- Able to operate at both strategic as well as at a tactical/day to day level

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Qualified Accountant ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA or equivalent
- Good understanding of accounting practices & terminology required
- Good working knowledge of Finance systems
- Intermediate IT skills
