An exciting opportunity to join the People team as an Associate People Business Partner has arisen

This role works closely with operational front-line areas, providing guidance, counsel, and challenge to enhance organisational performance, delivering local people plans and solutions to achieve business objectives.

This is a great opportunity to grow you HR career and make a positive impact in a fast paced and multifaceted role. There are real opportunities to learn and progress.

**Your experience**:

- Working in a complex and matrixed business
- CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential)
