An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Helpdesk Delivery team, providing frontline support to the business through our NDC Helpdesk service.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage registration of new customers to connect to our products.
- Keep our customers advised and resolve issues within agreed SLA's.
- Follow our internal processes to resolve customer requests.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to a varied audience.
- Proactive and resilient in challenging environments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential.

**Wage** - From 1400 EUR per month minimum - salary may vary depending on experience
