**The Vacancy**

**What will you be doing?**
As a Finance Associate in the FP&A team, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Conducting variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets.
- Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes by providing relevant financial data and insights.
- Gathering and analysing financial data to support business planning and decision-making.
- Preparing detailed management reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
**What are we looking for?**
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
