Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join their ever-growing team, who deal with planned and reactive maintenance nationally. This company specialise in providing reactive and planned maintenance to national highstreet retailers of specialist designer brands.

This is an established company who have a great team dynamic. They are a warm and friendly medium sized company. We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join them who has planned and reactive maintenance coordinating experience.

Have you had previous experience within a Facilities/Maintenance Coordinator, or have you scheduled for Engineers before?

If so, read on

This is a busy buzzy role where you will look after multiple accounts assisting and servicing your client or you may have one large account who you dedicate your excellent customer service skills to. You will liaise with lots of different end users fromSenior Managers to Engineers and subcontractors. Based in a friendly department, this will suit someone organised with a background in Facilities Maintenance ideally within the retail sector however if you have a sold scheduling background this maybe considered

**Duties**:

- Reacting to facility issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system.
- Monitoring in boxes
- Coordinating Engineers appointments
- Problem solving and working through queries
- Working on planned and reactive maintenance requests
- Checking progress and updating clients
- Producing purchase orders closing calls
- Preparing quotes

As you will be allocated an account immediately, we are looking for someone who has recently worked in a reactive maintenance role who is used to coordinating Engineers and Subcontractors and ideally understands permits of work and risk assessments.
