NCS are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to work for a company based in Pitlochry, Scotland.

**Purpose of the Role**

To actively assist the construction and project site team to maximise profit and reduce risk.

To assist the team in the day to day running of the office and administration

Full drivers’ licence (and own vehicle)

CSCS or CCNSGSafety Passport
- Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically and make quick and sound decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
- Ability to track and follow up on multiple items with various timelines.
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and/or Bluebeam, and PowerPoint is required.
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint, customer relationship management software and Microsoft Teams preferred.

Salary is £18 perhour

35 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
