The Role: Temporary Administrator
Location: Working from Home / Pitlochry
Hours of Work: 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Rate of Pay: £12.08 per hour
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Key responsibilities:

- You will support the finance team with administrative tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, compiling reports, preparing and documenting minutes, accurately updating records, diary management and managing shared mailboxes.
- Assisting in the purchasing of equipment and supplies, data entry, downloading invoices & digital income, upkeep & maintenance tasks.
- Perform general administrative tasks: managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies; documenting minutes of meetings.
- Participate in office projects.
- Other ad-hoc tasks in agreement with the line manager.
Key skills:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Previous experience within a financial based role
- Process driven
