**Job Summary**

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated person who enjoys working as part of a team. It is an opportunity to join the Integrated Care Team as the Integrated Care Team Coordinator. You must have excellent communication and IT skills commensurate with this role. The position is based at Unit A6 Alpha Court, Segensworth Road, Segensworth business centre PO15 5RQ and including when necessary cross cover for Fareham ICT's which will be provided in line with service needs.

The work delegated to you will always be within your competency levels, you will receive both formal and informal training. There is peer support available with other staff members.

The post holder will proactively and positively contribute to the successful overall performance of the Trust. We are looking for people who will deliver excellent levels of customer service to all patients/visitors and staff at the Trust.

The post holder needs to be innovative and organised developing effective ways of working to create strong partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders to support the Team Manager and develop an organisational culture that fosters collaborative working among all staff groups, to ensure a focused commitment to delivering quality services and outcomes.

**Main Duties & Tasks**

To assist the Integrated Community Care Teams in the development and maintenance of a quality administrative service across the district via the Integrated Single Point of Access.

To provide direct supervision of ISPA administrative staff including one to one and appraisals.

To co-ordinate and support secretarial and administrative duties to clinicians and other non-medical staff. To assist in the organisation of the department/clinicians work load. This would also include being first point of contact for complex enquiries from patients, carers and other professionals and to also liaise with GPs, Community Care Teams, other departments and external organisations through the Integrated Single Point of Access.

To ensure that secretarial support is provided to the Consultants and Associate Specialists.

To facilitate the organisation of the Consultants, Doctors and Integrated Community Teams workload

**Essential Qualifications**
- Good standard of secondary education
- RSA 2/3 Word Processing/Typing Supervisory qualification or equivalent supervisory experience

**Essential Experience**
- Previous experience of supervising staff
- Previous office experience Experience of dealing with confidential information
- Experience of using outlook/word/excel

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,147.00-£27,596.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
