Customer Experience Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a customer experience strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
- Manage and analyse customer feedback and use insights to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Develop and implement training programs for customer-facing teams to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and manage customer loyalty
- Monitor and report on customer experience metrics
- Identify and address customer pain points and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Attend industry events (to include overnight stays) to be the face and voice of the company

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in customer experience, dealing directly with the customer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business results.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
