We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and quality at Elevate Projects Ltd.

Job Overview:

This fixed-term contract will initially run until the end of March 2025 but could be extended.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer care, responding promptly and efficiently to complaints and feedback.
  2. Log complaints accurately and implement effective follow-up actions to resolve issues.
  3. Produce and analyse performance data to improve the complaints management process.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance levels of customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-up action is taken.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have experience handling complaints, be IT literate, and possess strong administrative skills.

A competitive salary of £**45,000 - £55,000 per annum**, pro rata, is on offer, along with hybrid working, opportunities for growth and development, and an attractive wider package.
