**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing departmental transactions of documentation in accordance with Document Control Guidelines
- Maintaining and updating MasterControl users, workgroups, security access, vaults, document types and approval workflows.
- Verifying info card fields, launching approval routes, monitoring approver sign off and transferring files upon approval.
- Training personnel on MasterControl processes, revisions and upgrades to the system.
- Providing support and troubleshooting for users in MasterControl and management system procedures through the IT Service Desk, which is the company’s ticketing system.
- Communicating with all levels of the organisation in the creation/replacing/updating, approval and release of documentation.
- Processing documentation internally, including Customer and Supplier.
- Supporting QA and represent Document Control during audits (ISO, API, Customer, etc.)
- Periodically auditing MasterControl processes to ensure they are being utilised to its most efficient extent and personnel are following the process in the order it was designed to function.
- Reporting monthly Quality KPIs and outstanding/late tasks, including document, Supplier and training review/approval tasks.
- Co-ordinating integrated management system (IMS) improvements and reformatting documentation to comply with company accredited standards.
- Processing management system document changes through approval workflows.
- Maintaining electronic training folders for users and creation of training tasks on IMS documents.
- Focal point as OSIUK User Management and Purchase Administrator for Industry Standards website (Techstreet).
- Focal point as Configuration/User and Group Administrator for company Inspection software (iAuditor).
**Other Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Understanding and complying with ISO process requirements in regard to Document Control. Update procedures as necessary.
- Understanding and complying with corporate policies, procedures and standards in regard to gathering, maintaining and sharing information from and with outside parties.
- Attending corporate sponsored training sessions and facilitate divisional training.
- Travelling when required to attend MasterControl functions.
- Contributing to the success of meeting management system goals, objectives and monitoring the process measurements in order to achieve OSI goals and objectives.
- Leading others in a team atmosphere.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
