To program using Mazatrol and manufacture components to drawings, procedures and programmes as instructed by the Manager/Supervisor within the times set out on route cards and to maintain hight quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently manufacture equipment and parts.
- Take a pro-active role to improve delivery performance, e.g., new methods, tooling etc.
- Understand and interpret technical plans and drawings.
- Record time accurately onto Mercury System via capture gun, and sign off route card to indicate operation completion.
- Care and maintenance of machine, ensuring machine is cleaned down at the end of each shift and oil levels are correct.
- Identify faults with machine and report to Supervisor/Manager.
- Advise of any faults in quality or efficiency immediately and investigate to resolve with the assistance of the Supervisor/Manager.
- Record all machined components using data capture gun.
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Engineering Apprenticeship i.e., time served turner/miller, or relevant experience gained within a manufacturing environment.
- 3 years Mazak Integrex programming/operating experience
