Office Administrator

Air Temp Solutions NW is one of the UK's leading specialists in Air Conditioning & Ventilation installation.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.
We are looking for somebody that is experienced with the software systems we use and has experience in a similar role.
**Role includes**:
- Issuing invoices to clients on time every month
- Raising purchase orders in a responsive manner
- Logging timesheets for payroll
- Processing supplier invoices
- Using Clik regularly to update figures keep track of profit/loss on jobs
- Ensuring all company vehicles MOT & service is up to date, action any issues including repairs
- Log, maintain and process company certificates
- Place uniform and office stationary orders
- Process speeding & parking fines
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Prioritise and manage workload
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Skilled in Clik
- Skilled in Xero (desirable)
- Strong teamwork skills
- Perform well under pressure
**Qualifications**:
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent
- Admin background of minimum 2 years
- Clik experience strongly preferred
- Experience in an engineering/construction office preferable
- Driving license and own transport (desirable)
