Job Title: Reward Advisor
Location: England, North West England, Cheshire
Job Type: Permanent, full-time hours
Salary: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 per annum
Job Description:
Job Duties:
Develop and implement reward strategies to attract and retain top talent
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
Manage employee reward programmes, including bonus schemes and recognition initiatives
Provide advice and guidance on salary benchmarking and job evaluation processes
Collaborate with HR team to ensure reward practises align with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CIPD) preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR Advisor/Reward Advisor role
Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing reward programmes
Proven track record of analysing market trends and making data-driven recommendations
Knowledge and Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of UK employment laws and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office, 3 at home
Standard working hours with flexibility as needed
