Receptionist / Conference Facilitator

We are pleased to bring to market this part time Front of House, receptionist conference facilitator position, on behalf of our prestigious client.
The position is available with an immediate start based on the following shifts.
Monday
- Friday 07.00am-12.00pm
25 hours per week.
Pay: Starting at £10.00 per hour
So..... what does the role entail?
You will be the face of the business centre and the first person that all staff, visitors and clients who use the business centre will be greeted by.
- Opening the centre at 07:00am in the morning and ensuring alarms are unset accordingly
- Liaising with conference delegates and organisers regarding queries and facilitation of conferences to ensure smooth running.
- Booking in conferences and liaising with organisers over purchase orders
- Directing visitors where appropriate
- Ensuring the smooth running and security of building by controlling access and also carpark
- Liaising with suppliers where necessary
- Liaising with tenants and any queries.
- Standard telephone duties
- Facilitating any repairs and resolution of queries with the maintenance team and management
- Liaising with conference delegates and organisers regarding queries and facilitation of conferences to ensure smooth running.
- Booking in conferences and liaising with organisers over purchase orders
- Directing visitors where appropriate
- Ensuring the smooth running and security of building by controlling access and also carpark
- Liaising with suppliers where necessary
- Fulfilling minor PA duties
- Subject to experience: Credit control and potential of future ledger work
- Presentable and professional
- Articulate
- Able to clearly communicate face to face and over the phone
- Adaptable
- Understand the needs of the business and visitors requirements
- Provide good customer service
