This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with excellent future career potential and work in a close knit team earning uncapped commission.

Duties include:

- Follow up on daily leads from investors.
- Gathering information regarding clients, their needs and investment strategies.
- Building relationships with clients to sell investment properties suitable to their needs and requirements.
- Dealing with global investors
- Building rapport and maintaining clients relationships
- Dealing with international clients
- Advising clients on suitable property investments and closing deals
- Visiting development sites
- Updating CRM
- Advising on the best units to buy

To be high performing in this role you will have excellent verbal and written skills, be confident, professional and articulate and can close a sale over the phone. You must have excellent communication skills and be confident on the phones to be considered for this role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing business and have fantastic earning potential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
