The Young Person’s Advisory Service (YPAS) is a Liverpool based charity that provides a wide range of therapeutic and wellbeing services to address the mental health and emotional well-being difficulties of children, young people, and families.

YPAS’s multi-disciplinary teams of therapists and wellbeing practitioners deliver services from three community hubs geographically positioned in the north, south and city centre of the city. The teams work collaboratively and in partnership with cross sector services within heath, education and social care.

YPAS is in search of an energetic and motivated individual to become a valuable addition to the Therapy Leadership Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing the day-to-day operational excellence of our therapy service.

**Requirements**: Graduate / Post Graduate Psychotherapy qualification is essential, as is post qualification experience. Leadership experience is desirable.
