Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in Liverpool. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £21.31 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company). The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

**The role**:
To provide high quality support and advice to vulnerable adults including assessment and intervention to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To work as a member of the Discharge to Assess Team based with Hospital SW team and perform duties of an Occupational Therapy assistant providing advice and information to customers and their carers and to respond promptly to those in crisis.
- To manage a caseload of customers who have a range of health and social care needs and to assist Occupational Therapists within the team.
- To establish links with other health professionals and external agencies and also with voluntary and private sector providers to assist in meeting the needs of our customers and carers
- To undertake reassessments of individual need
- To take responsibility for safeguarding of vulnerable adults
- The role includes carrying out recording based on the 3 conversation model.

**Applicant Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: N/A.
- **Experience**: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- **Compliance**: Current DBS and references.
- **Travel**: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- **Hours**: 37 hours p/w.
