Business Administrator

Essential Criteria:
5 GCSE’S and above including Maths and English

Good proven IT skills and knowledge of Office Software

Experience with Sage or similar accounting software

Numerical aptitude and excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Organised and detail oriented

Professional and positive approach to work and ability to communicate strongly at all levels

Excellent telephone manner

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, manage workloads, and prioritise effectively

Roles & Responsibilities:
Answer phones, respond or direct calls accordingly

Process orders using SAGE software system

Organise transportation of orders using BSH preferred courier’s online portals

Manage warehouse documentation for scanning and filing

Assist with general accounts administration tasks (training will be provided)

Record serial numbers for chargers and 2 Volt cells on Excel spreadsheet

Enter customer warranty and returns log details on Excel spreadsheet

Comply with BSH policies and procedures in accordance with ISO/Safecontractor/H & S

Responsible for personal and working area, H & S and cleanliness/tidiness

Carry out any further duties as required by the company
