Overview:
Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live.

Last year over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation.

Would you like to join our growing team of volunteers, and make a real difference?

**Responsibilities**:
It’s often overwhelming for the people we support to make changes in their lives, as a recovery coach volunteer you will be using your own experiences of recovery to help others and demonstrate change is possible.

You will be working alongside the recovery coordinators and wider teams to promote recovery and support service users on a one to one basis, guiding them to achieve their goals and build recovery capital.

You will be a positive role model to the service users motivating, encouraging, and inspiring them to reach their potential.

You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.
