Senior Student Conduct and Appeals Coordinator

Our client, a leading London university, is looking to recruit a full time (35 hours per week) temporary Senior Student Conduct and Appeals Coordinator for 6 months in the first instance. The post will provide comprehensive case management support, dealingwith large volumes of complaints. This post will be hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and the other days as remote working.

In order to be considered for this role you will have a background in a similar fast paced post, ideally from within higher education or a similar sector. You will have the ability to handle a varied and high volume of administration requests in an efficientmanner, and will possess excellent administrative skills, including customer service and complaint handling would be advantageous. Well-developed IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and previously working on the student database SITS wouldbe advantageous, although not essential.
