Appeals and Academic Misconduct Coordinator

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client, a leading London university, in their search for a temporary Appeals and Academic Misconduct Coordinator to support the student casework team. This is a full-time role, looking to run for 3 months on a hybrid working model of 2 days per week on-site and the remainder remote.

The purpose of this role is to support the team with complaints, disciplinary misconduct, and fitness to practice processes where required. You will provide a triage, acknowledgement and record for each new case, responsible for liaising with students and staff during the investigation of each case and providing advice and guidance in relation to regulations and policies.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have experience in a similar post, managing a wide range of student enquiries. You will have a sound understanding of the regulatory framework for UK higher education and will have strong attention to detail with excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
