Business Operations Coordinator

**This role is based in the UK in our London office. Christian Aid is currently trialing a hybrid working model and you will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days per week with the option to work remotely for the remaining 3 days per week.**

**About the role**
The Business Operations Coordinator plays an enabling role and contributes to providing effective and efficient administrative and logístical support to enable the smooth functioning of central teams across Fundraising and Supporter Engagement (FSE) department to meet its operational objectives. Through this support for core activities and projects, the post holder will contribute to the achievement of our goals for income, making an impact on poverty, and developing meaningful engagement with our supporters and audiences.
The post holder will also build deeper shared approaches and be a key contact within the Business Operations team. Over time it will be valuable to continue to build a shared practice between this team and other support and administrative roles working across the wider department. In this way we will create a wider community of practice supporting our shared ways of working.
**About you**
Having gained relevant experience in a busy charity or commercial organisation, you will bring your analytical and organisational skills and attention to detail to this role. You will manage your own workload, meeting agreed deadlines and targets, and communicating key messages to colleagues (as relevant dependent upon the core activity, appeal or campaign). You will proactively identify areas where processes or systems can be improved and raise these with the line-manager for review and progression with relevant teams.
