**Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 (12 Week Temp, possibility of a permanent contract)**

**Shift: 8:00am -5:00pm OR 9:00am-6:00pm**

**Ador Talent** are working with an Engineering company based in London/Holborn who are a leading provider of renewable energy infrastructure and systems to the public and private sector. Supporting Hospitals, Universities, New Build developments, Towns and Cities as well as Industrial and Commercial clients to decarbonise their buildings. These roles will assist with the efficient and effective operation of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) business function within the Company; ensuring that all necessary support activities, for internal and external customers, are delivered in an effective, professional, diligent and courteous manner at all times.

**Business Support Coordinators**:

- Answer calls within the agreed SLA’s giving the highest level of customer service at all times
- Manage multiple inboxes (reactive, commissioning and servicing), ensuring response within agreed SLA’s
- Manage reactive maintenance jobs to ensure they are booked in, attended and closed out in a timely manner
- Utilizing the Job Logic planner to plan engineer visits to meet client KPI’s
- Assist and deal with any queries in a timely manner, ensuring that co-operation is sought from other team members or departments
- Prepare reports and general data processing, including Co-ordinate reporting requirements of O&M Management and Create and submit specific client reports within agreed deadlines
- Purchase spare parts & consumables and manage inventory
- Work with Manager to create schedule for planned, preventative maintenance work (PPM) for operations and maintenance (O&M) sites
- Attend site visits

**Experience Required**:

- Job Logic administration qualification/experience (desirable)
- Knowledge & experience of working with electronic maintenance systems (desirable)
- Ability to work to deadlines with minimum supervisions (essential)
