Our client, a leading engineering consultancy, are now looking for 2 highly organised Business Support Coordinators to join their team on an initial contracting basis. If you are successful in this role, they will look to take you on permanently. You will work remotely but will need to commute into our clients office 1-2 times per week (in London).

The purpose of the role is to provide a wide range of support including diary support to the management team and coordinating travel logistics, including accommodation.

**Principal responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update systems
- Chair online and f2f meetings
- Run reports as required
- Framework administration and management
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including room booking, arranging agendas, preparing papers and the order of the catering
- Use the SAP finance system for invoices
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as the key liaison for the department
- Act as supervisor to junior members of the team when required

**Key skills/experience required**:

- Proven administrative skill set and experience
- Evidential project coordination experience
- Experience of supervising a business support team would be advantageous
- Proven ability to manipulate systems and databases
- Excellent communication skills both internal and external
- Strong IT skills

**Qualifications**:

- High level of GCSE or equivalent
- Business support qualification is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £130.00-£150.00 per day
