Job Overview

This is a “Hands On” Operational role, requiring a highly competent and technically qualified technical advisor, with substantial multisite industry experience.

Reporting to head of Operations.

Salary
- Starting Salary to be discussed at interview stage

Working Hours
- Permanent, Full Time

**Technical duties**:

- Prepare Operational Status reports and presentations when requested (including client feedback & meeting updates).
- Maintain the companies service delivery plan to ensure all information is accurate
- Provide support for future ITT’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s, Business Development and Quotations.
- Liaison with Client representatives when technical input is required
- Ensure the Company’s Processes & Procedures are adhered to
- Attend Management Meetings at CFB Risk Management HQ when required/requested.
- Occasionally Attend Exhibitions and Events

**Operations**
- Provide technical response to scope of work documents.
- Provide Fire Risk Assessment’s for clients (FRA).
- Participate directly in the delivery of services, when required to cover absenteeism.
- Provide Emergency Response Plans for clients (ERP’s).
- Provide technical input during reviews and quality of services to meet company and industry standards.
- Provide technical support people to resolve operational incidents.
- Determine solutions to hazards and risks identified through inspection and investigation.
- Provide support to the HQ Team and working closely with Managing Director
- Complete Risk Assessments & Method Statements for clients site work (RAMS)
- Participate in COMAH Exercises

**MUST haves, Minimum Requirement**:

- At least 5 years industrial operational experience in a relevant industry setting (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Nuclear, Fire Fighting, Alternative Energy within High Tier COMAH Sites)
- A least 5 years in a technical role of Operational Staff in a relevant industry

**Highly Desirable**:

- Extensive experience in Technical Operational support at Multi Site High tier COMAH Sites
- Incident Command Qualified
- Advanced level HSE Qualifications
- Training Instructor Qualifications
- IFE Membership
- Experience with off shore Wind and/or GWO accreditation
- Experience with ERP’s, FRA’s & Incident Command Training (all levels).
- Experience in industrial firefighting & technical consultancy.
- Experience in using PHAST
- Consequence modelling

- Highly developed communication skills
- Flexibility to meet urgent client requests and tight deadlines
- Pro-active approach
