About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a No7 Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our No7 products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, using your knowledge of skincare and beauty products to recommend the best solutions for their needs.
  • Meet sales targets and promote No7 offers and in-store promotions to customers.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in our award-winning 12-month Skin School development program to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing knowledge and tips with colleagues.
