If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as Reward Recognition Coordinator You’ll be the go-to person for planning, coordinating, and supporting our reward and recognition frameworks, liaising with our stakeholders and third-party suppliers. Reporting to the Senior Operations Business Partner and collaborating with our People Operations Business Partner team to support administrative tasks in delivery of Engagement, Wellbeing and DI initiatives. Enhancing our people experience through the alignment to Be Yourself Here and Apex’s purpose, values, and objectives.

This role forms part of our wider People Culture team and is based in our Head Office in Edinburgh, with the opportunity of hybrid working.

**Role Overview**:
The main responsibilities of the Reward Recognition Coordinator are:

- Support delivery of new and existing reward and recognition plans, participating in projects focussed on the continuous improvement of our benefits and recognition opportunities.
- Keep up to date on external trends and improvements in reward and recognition activities, providing ideas and recommendations to bridge gaps.
- Provide comprehensive coordinator support for all Reward and Recognition activity (current and future) such as Employee of the Quarter, Annual Awards, Long Service and Employee benefits in relation to probationary pass and annual guest experience stays.
- Support updates of our benefits platform, in connection with budget allocation for reward wallets, cycle to work, voucher allocation, stakeholder queries, logins and account management, along with raising purchase orders to support the efficient running of our system.
- Support our stakeholders with queries relating to people benefits and recognition activities and communicate changes and updates.
- Create and maintain the effective management of our employee App, posting communications and benefits information.

**About you**

The following range of characteristics and competencies are required/sought:

- CIPD qualified desirable
- Experience in providing administration support, working to deadlines to deliver successful outcomes in often complex and challenging situations, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience of working in an environment where a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity to GDPR compliance is paramount.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, to provide reward and recognition information to stakeholders simply and in an engaging manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, self-motivated, and passionate about People Reward
- Excellent numerical skills with the ability to problem solve and think decisively, making appropriate recommendations based on evidence from data.
- Strong IT skills, proficient user of Microsoft 365 Excellent knowledge of MS Excel at intermediate to advanced level, MS tools including Forms, Mail Merge, PowerPoint, Word and HR Systems.
