**The Role**

This role will provide technical first line support across all aspects of Reward for HEINEKEN UK for colleague queries, ensuring an accurate and timely response. Compliance with internal policies and external regulation requirements is key, along with taking feedback to drive continuous improvement within the team.

You’ll be reporting to the Head of Reward working within a small Reward team, set within the UK People Function. This is a diverse role with involvement across many different aspects of reward activity including the Benefits Bar (our flexible benefits programme), recognition, job sizing, salary and bonus processes, survey management, budget monitoring and total reward statements, as well as leading or assisting project work.

So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.
- Working with 3rd party suppliers to help manage our colleague benefits.
- Help develop and progress the reward portfolio.
- Manage reporting and data analysis in relation to reward and global mobility.
- Bring in and report on key insights that will benefit the larger reward team.

For this role, we’re looking for someone with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail along with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Being able to balance ongoing priorities is also key.

If you;
- Have 3-5 years of experience working in a reward-based role.
- Knowledge of reward concept and practices.
- Experience of planning and executing Reward initiatives/projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong and proven ability to challenge, influence and build collaborative partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
