The Senior Reward Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of global reward processes within Wood Mackenzie, including designing, developing, analysing, implementing, communicating and monitoring all global compensation projects and initiatives.

The Analyst will work within the existing Reward framework to conduct compensation benchmarking exercises, developing salary scales by geography and function for our global organisation, whilst providing regular insight and analytics.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Conduct global salary benchmarking exercise to support annual salary planning cycle and hiring decisions, based on existing job families and career frameworks
- Extract salary scales by geography and function, using Willis Towers Watson salary data
- Drive recommendations for market-specific inflationary increases
- Monitors local regulations related to pay practices and supports the developments that may come from audits or studies of compensation policies, programs and practices
- Conduct thorough review of high-inflation locations (e.g. LatAm), and make considered recommendations on approach
- Work closely with the HRIS Workday team to support with configuration of the Advanced Compensation module in Workday to meet specific Wood Mac requirements.
- Carry out job evaluations on new roles
- Accountable for leading the bonus and merit programme in Workday
- Researches and prepares regular and ad hoc reports and compiles metrics for analysis as needed
- Acts as the liaison between the Reward team and other departments across the HR team and wider organisation to ensure consistency and compliance in processes and procedures
- Identify key market segments impacted by high competition for talent, and recommend compensation approaches accordingly
- Support review of Sales and Consulting Commission Schemes
- Provide key inputs to Talent Acquisition on new hire compensation
- Provide key HRIS and reporting metrics
- Subject Matter Expert advice to business and wider HR team across Reward projects and programs

**Qualifications**

About You
- You will have experience using Workday, particularly the Advanced Compensation module, including leading on annual bonus and merit reviews in Workday.
- You will have knowledge of integrating Workday Advanced Compensation with other modules within the Workday ecosystem, such as Performance Management and Talent Management, to ensure seamless data flow across different HR functions.
- You will have strong analytical skills and be familiar with using salary benchmarking software and methodologies.
- Experience using Willis Towers Watson systems is advantageous.
- Experience of complex geographies, across a number of global locations will be beneficial.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, as is the ability to present data and information clearly.
- Excellent analytical and modelling skills are essential to succeed in this position, as well as effective communication and presentation skills.

**Additional information**
- While this is expected to be a full-time role, part-time or flexible working arrangements will be considered.
- Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
