- Salary: A competitive salary from £46,000 - £60,000, depending on the experience you can bring

As our Reward Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping Aegon UK attract, retain and motivate employees through effective compensation and benefit strategies. You will support the delivery of all aspects of remuneration including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, pay and bonus annual review, benefits, remuneration regulation and executive remuneration.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and governance oversight on all aspects of Reward to our People team colleagues and the wider business-
- Leading elements of and supporting the overall delivery of the annual pay and bonus cycle.-
- Contributing to the review and ongoing management of our core and flexible benefits offering-
- Acting as a Reward SME, contributing to or leading strategic projects-
- Supporting executive remuneration and governance-
- Supporting remuneration regulation compliance and reporting-
- Conducting job evaluations, maintaining the integrity of our broader organisation designWe’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven expertise in Reward-
- Excellent understanding of the reward agenda (including salary, bonus and benefits) and its relationship with business success-
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and present findings to various stakeholders, including senior management-
- Excellent data analysis skills and comfortable using Microsoft Excel-
- Understanding of specific industry trends, challenges and best practices related to compensation and benefits-
- The ability to manage several concurrent projects while remaining flexible-
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologyWhat’s in it for you?- A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%-
