Our company manufactures 50,000 products each year and exports to 80+ countries. We have great products, great people and great customers.

We are currently recruiting for a permanent part time, Materials Control Coordinator.

You will be working in a small, experienced team in a fast-paced environment to effectively supply £20 million of components to our production.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

Your role is to ensure that the day-to-day administration duties are fulfilled each day, using Lincat’s operating system within the Materials Control department.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Booking in components delivered to Lincat.
- Processing order acknowledgements, pro-forma invoices and invoice queries.
- Making adjustments to stock figures.
- Creating Excel spread sheets with component requirement.
- Generating works orders using our automated system and making amendments when necessary.
- Placing purchase orders.
- Liaising with suppliers worldwide and when necessary, arranging freight forwarders to collect our purchase orders.

**Skills**
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail are crucial with a good level of spoken and written English and numeracy.
- Competent IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software as required.
- Able to work proactively and on own initiative to identify and prioritise workload, whilst understanding when to consult or seek advice.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- General administration experience.

Working days are Monday to Friday but start and finish time can be negotiated.
