Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Governance and Business Support for our UK JV.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordination and secretariat for UK JV governance and planning/ scheduling and minute/ action taking of key meetings and UK Boards- Support the Head of JV and the Project Directors- Document and broad administrative support to all team members- Co-ordinating and booking travel for UK JV staff where support required- Co-ordinating and facilitating key visits (shareholder visits, key stakeholder meetings)- Co-ordinating (with the office manager) social events

Key Requirements:
You will have previous experience supporting functions such as legal, company secretary or Board, providing effective personal support at a senior level, balancing conflicting p riorities and developing, supporting and maintaining relevant processes and systems. Exemplary organisational skills, attention to detail and a positive, calm and solution oriented approach will be essential.
