We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning pet food business based in Surrey. Join our small and friendly team of animal enthusiasts, where wagging tails and purrs of satisfaction are part of our daily routine

- Possess strong customer service skills that make tails wag with delight.
- Have top-notch communication skills to connect with pet owners from all walks of life.
- Show off their literacy and numeracy skills with ease (because we all know math can be as tricky as training a cat).
- Are MS Office wizards, effortlessly navigating Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Embody organisation and have an eagle eye for detail (no kibble goes unnoticed).
- Bring the fun factor and thrive in a team environment where laughter is as infectious as a dog's wagging tail.
- Stay calm, cool, and collected even when faced with the occasional pet-related chaos.
- Have a heart full of love for animals, because they're the true stars of our business.

While we consider all customer service backgrounds, having experience in a pet store would be like finding a hidden stash of treats But don't worry, if you haven't worked in a pet store before, your genuine love for animals will still earn you some bonus points.

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
