Customer Service Representative (12-month Internship)

Job Profile:
We have three internship opportunities in Customer Operations teams including:

- Project management
- Surgical Client operations
- End-to-end customer services

The Alcon team is looking for a talented and motivated interns to join us onsite for 12 months at our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey.

Alcon interns will have the opportunity to not only gain industry experience and network with other Alcon professionals. They will also have the chance to make a real-world impact by working on meaningful projects that will help patients and customers see brilliantly. Alcon also offers interns personal and professional development, high visibility and coaching and mentoring opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Customer Operations teams within Alcon including, but not limited to:

- managing customer relationships
- reporting and analysis on Customer Operation activity
- good quality data capture on CMS (SAP, Salesforce)
- good stakeholder management
- working as part of a team to realize our ambition, which is to make every customer touchpoint brilliant

We are interested in students from the following academic backgrounds: business, engineering, marketing, commercial, project management, hospitality (client service).

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college
- Must be pursuing at least a Bachelor’s level degree
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Ability to commit to a 7.5 hour working day, some flexibility can be discussed
