As a member of the Siemens Healthineers Customer Service team, you will coordinate all customer facing activities for Ultrasound, including the communication with the Business Partner and all team members to provide efficient service to the customer. You will support the service sales function to deliver timely documentation for offers, quotes, renewals and tenders and you will play a key part in all GB&I service activities.

In this role, you can expect to:

- Coordinate the activity of Siemens Healthineers Service Partners, ensuring effective planning of breakdowns, installations, preventative maintenance and updates/modifications
- Create and manage spare parts orders as required, synchronising with engineer visits where appropriate and ensuring the effective and efficient utilisation of resources and equipment
- Monitor and maintain the quality and accuracy of the data in our service management systems

To succeed in this Customer Service role, you will need to be an experienced user of SAP/Salesforce, ideally with field service coordination experience. You will also require the following:

- Demonstrable knowledge of MS Office 365
- To be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in process improvement and change management
