The Hr administrator role handles the daily record updating and documentation of human resources departments whilst being the primary contact person for any Human resource related queries, having significant technical and professional experience within theindustry itself. The department handles many different responsibilities with all of the duties being crucial for the day to day processes of the parent company.

**Client Details**

As a financial services company, the client we are working with provide professional services for individual investment and wealth management services for private clients, charities, trustees and professional partners. This includes discretionary investmentmanagement, unit trusts, tax planning, trust and company management, pension advice and banking services. The client is based in Liverpool city centre but operates on a national scale with multi-national clients.

**Description**

Key responsibilities of a HR administrator include:

- Process payroll.
- Manage internal employee performance and disciplinary.
- Update documentation and policies.
- Maintain employee records.
- Manage finances and benefits.
- Provide career growth (learning & development).
- Administer the process for new employees.
- Be the primary contact for queries on the HR systems.
- Ensuring all files are scanned onto the HR systems.
- Posting job advertisements and handling first stage recruitment for base roles.
- Taking minutes within grievance/disciplinary procedures.
- Helping to implement a thorough on boarding experience.
- Project work to help a growing outdoor activity centre.

- Strong administration skills.
- Experience within the role/industry.
- Familiarity with technical software.
- A high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercial flexibility.
